Three is a Trend: Ab Fab at Resort 2014

The crop top trend may be eliciting a sense of "been there, done that" but luckily deft designers are reinventing the ab-fab wheel — and those crops are here to stay. In varying degrees of exhibitionism, Michael Kors (left) gives away the least with an A-line midi skirt and short, knitted, bandeau top, while Alexander Wang at Balenciaga shows the most in an architectual top and cropped trouser look, and somewhere in the middle, Franciso Costa for Calvin Klein (right) presented an all white pairing with a belted pencil skirt and long-sleeve knit.
